Our Mission

     At LETUS Maintenance, we're on a mission to make property care as simple and stress-free as possible for all parties involved.  Our goal is to provide top-notch services that not only meet but exceed our client's expectations.  We believe in avoiding potentially costly future repairs by minimizing the chances of avoidable problems through routine system inspections and preventive maintenance.  What can't be avoided, we provide full repair services, ensuring your property remains in excellent condition.  With a range of flexible preventive and routine maintenance options, we're here to make life easier for homeowners and businesses alike. 

    In addition to volunteering and getting involved in community benefits, a major part of Our Mission is to Give Back to local communities and those that serve(d) them by offering discounted services to our Veterans, First Responders, Senior Citizens, New/Single Parents, and by supporting Locally Owned Businesses, Charities, & More.

    In the future, we plan to incorporate online and mobile applications that businesses and homeowners may use to quickly create and access their personal files regarding scheduled/scheduling repairs, keep informed about their scheduled  maintenance (such as lawn care and landscaping, pressure washing, window cleaning, winterization, systems inspections, unit updates, etc.), check and/or modify their specific maintenance needs all according to their personalized profile they create within the secured app.
