Spring 

 O  Inspect Roof & Gutters:

      - Repaint or repair where necessary.
 O  HVAC System Maintenance:
      - Schedule HVAC servicing for air conditioning systems.
      - Replace filters and clean ducts.
 O  Window & Door Seals:
      - Check for cracks or gaps in seals.
      - Reseal windows and doors if necessary to prevent drafts.
 O  Lawn & Garden:
      - Fertilize lawn, prune shrubs, and clean up debris.
      - Inspect irrigation system for leaks or damage.
 O  Deck & Patio:
      - Check for loose boards, nails, or structural damage.
      - Clean and reseal decks.

Autumn
